Steiner Liliputbahn

A special experience for children and adults. Have a ride on Stein’s mini railway, a small steam train made to scale 1:4 with numerous little carriages, starting from the ship’s pier, through the beautiful town garden, past the children’s playground, through a tunnel and back again to the railway station, Schifflände.

Treat yourself to a ride and enjoy the experience of being pulled along the beautiful Rhine by a big huffing and puffing model steam locomotive.

The track width is 7 _ inches. resp. 14.5 inches (ex. Bros. Brast Train). Our machines are capable of effortlessly transporting 30 to 70 passengers. Alternately, different locomotives are used, depending the volume of traffic.

For special rides the Furka-Oberalp train’s Tunnellok Ge 4/4 is available. Groups can charter trains and with advance reservation visit the engine shed with its unique exhibits. Making photo stops for souvenir photos with special chartered trains goes without saying.
