Our philosophy is simple and clear: Wine is here for your enjoyment.For those who produce it and for those who drink it. We place great importance on the appropriate wine production of each vineyard. In Stein and Thayngen we grow over 20 different kinds of grapes. The wine is fully produced (vinificated) in Thayngen. Oak from Schaffhausen is used for the wooden barriques. In Schaffhausen we sell our wines in our wine shop „zum Samson“ in Vordergasse 37.
