With a Weidling on the Rhine

Go on a "Weidling" (traditional wooden boat) motor free, just like in the Middle Ages, when salt was transported on the Rhine. Experts will whisk you away to a special world.

After a short walk along the Rhine promenade get on a Weidling and let yourself be transported into another world - just with special pole and oar. After a two-hour boat trip you will enjoy a lunch break ashore. Then the trip continues with a guided tour of the old town of Schaffhausen.
