Widling Trips

Treat yourself to a trip up and then downstream on the Rhine together with a "Weidling" boatsman in a traditional, wooden boat - without a motor.

During the trip you will learn many interesting things about the flora and fauna, as well as enjoy exciting stories about the Rhine.

Rates
CHF 100 are charged per one hour’s ride. For all trips the Weidlings (traditional wooden boats) are needed to work your way up the Rhine, therefore, the costs charged are always for going there and back.
Schaffhausen – Büsingen and back, 3 hours, journey time 1 hour , CHF 300 per Weidling
Schaffhausen – Laag and back, 4 hours, journey time 1.25 hour, CHF 400
Schaffhausen- Katharinental and back, 4 ½ hours, journey time 1.5 hour, CHF 450
Schaffhausen – Diessenhofen and back, 5 hours, journey time 2 hours CHF 500
