Guided tour of the winery: 15 minutes film about wine culture, winegrowing, grape pressing and bottling. Tour of the winery with competent guide, duration approx. 1 ¾ hr.
Wine tasting: 5 to 7 wine and grape juice specialities,
max. 12 to 50 people for wine tastings with seating (less than 12 people CHF 108 all inclusive).
On request throughout the whole year, Monday to Saturday, also evenings possible.
Cold cuts and/or cheese platters on request.
Extended wine sessions on request.

This includes ecological and organic winegrowing in their own vineyards and likewise with their over 200 grape suppliers, as well as, special methods of producing the wine. With great passion, the business strives that the vinification reaches the highest quality and regional grade typicality. Essential for this, are the uniqueness and value of this region, as well as strict yield limits. With a lot of experience, know-how and with the help of the latest technology the wine producing team makes distinctive wines from the precious grapes. This includes classics such as Hallau’s "Graf von Spiegelberg" as well as the innovative range of wines, „Réserve du Patron“ and „Schaffhuuser ART“, and the premium wines of the label SELECTION PIERRE and MAGISTRAL.
